Celebrity Cruises is struggling to deal with continued outbreaks of diarrhea and vomiting aboard the Mercury , which is sailing out of Charleston, S.C. The cruise line issued a statement Monday, saying that a port visit to Tortola, British Virgin Islands, was being skipped so the ship could return to its home port a day earlier.
