New Orleans Hotels Play Central Super Bowl Role

It didn’t take long for Super Bowl mania to take over the city. Minutes after the Saints won the NFC Championship Game against the Minnesota Vikings two weekends ago, the phones and fax machine at the International House Hotel sprang to life.
